We have a beautiful, big front room with en-suite bathroom available from June 16th in a large, characterful house on Kloof Nek road, Tamboerskloof. The house is centrally situated, on the MyCiti bus route and within walking distance of all amenities. It is shared by 12 young professionals, so we are looking for a single 20 - 30something professional that is financially secure, easy going, considerate and enjoys living with others. The room overlooks the front garden and there is a featured window in the shower that has views of the city. The room has wooden floors, high pressed ceilings and a big bay window. It is furnished with wardrobe, desk, and chair. We can provide a single bed if you do not have your own.

The communal areas of the house are serviced evbery week day. Kitchen and laundry facilities are provided. The rental of R6300 does not include water and electricity. Free fibre internet. One month security deposit.

There is a no guest policy due to the number of residents, which means that only residents are allowed on the property.
