Bright / warm airy room is available in a two bedroom apartment, overlooking the beautiful Kloofendal nature reserve. I'm seeking a flat mate, with a job that requires him to work on-location; as I work from home. Non-smoking, and non-drinkers only. Looking for somebody who not only carries himself as an adult, but can share in their load of the house-hold duties, or we can contribute both towards a helper, once or twice a week / month. Anybody between the ages of 28 and 45, and preferably Afrikaans or English guys. You'll happily share in all the amenities, there is a washing machine, shower/bath combo, electricity and water is included, as well as Wifi. An apartment key, and access control will be provided. Car port, available. Just bring your own bed and furniture for your room.
