2 rooms available in a digs in Emmarentia, on the Emmarentia dam, across from the Dabulamanzi Canoe Club. Currently has 3 active, outdoor enthusiast individuals who are 4th year medical students. Ideally looking for young working professionals or students, who appreciate being active, would benefit from the location and especially would consider canoeing - there are boats available to use for those who stay here.

Fully equipped shared kitchen with fridge space. Large lounge area with TV, pool table, small gym area, hooks for hanging mountain bikes. Stoep area with braai place and outside table. Paved undercover parking. Access to canoes.

Rooms available: Prices vary per month depending on shared amenities (water & elec, wifi, security, domestic worker who works 5 days per week). All rooms get a discount if the person is willing to paddle often :)

Room 1: Large room upstairs, with door going out onto balcony that looks out over the dam. Lots of built in cupboard space. Previous tenant had more than enough space for large double bed, couch, and desk (and lots of plants). Total per month is R7500-8000.

Room 2: Medium-large room downstairs, with door that can open up onto the patio with a braai area. Can easily fit a double bed & desk. Very warm and sunny in winter. Total per month is R6500-7000.
