The house at 53 Highlands Road is in the quiet residential suburb of Park Hill in northern Durban North and you will be able to relax or work in peace and
quiet in your room or on the covered patio.
The house is conveniently situated for Durban CBD, Umhlanga CBD/Ridge, Netcare Educare Education, Umhlanga Hospital, Ethekwini Chest & Heart
Hospital, Springfield Ind Park, River Horse Valley, Umgeni Business Park etc.
The property is within walking distance of Varsity College, local schools, taxi
ranks, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, take-away outlets and the library in Durban North.
The house is clean, well-run, quiet and secure, each exit has a Trellidor
security gate and the property is completely enclosed with electric fences and an electric gate, entry is gained by remote control.

These are the items that you are to supply; Towels, your own mug, a set of
cutlery, food and bottled water, a jug for the water, paper napkins, toiletries,
an extension cable, two-pin plug and charger, an iron, a torch or lantern, nightlight if required, frying pan, cooking pot for putu, tin foil, freezer bags,
clingwrap, toilet paper and washing powder suitable for front-loading washing machines.
Your bedlinen will be washed each Monday, bring the sheets etc. to the
kitchen early on Monday mornings with your washing powder. Your clothes
and towels will be washed from Mondays to Saturdays in small loads, bring
them to the kitchen with your washing powder and hang the washing on the
lines prior to leaving for work.
The refundable security deposit of R4,000 is payable by EFT on approval
