Coating Quality Controller

We are looking for the Coating Technical Quality Controller for our client based in Montague Gardens, someone who is able to interprete engineering and technical drawings an d will be working on their Powder Sheet metal workshop. * Inspecting metal parts after pre-treatment and before powder coating. * Inspecting metal parts after powder coating ensuring quality standards are met. * Responsible for ensuring non-conformances are generated, issued, and closed out * Prepare critical inspection reports and record inspection results * Ability to communicate with production teams to improve product quality * Be able use measuring equipment to perform duties *   * Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality control within a powder coating environment * Grade 12 / Matric qualification * Good Interpersonal skills & communication skills * Teamwork abilities * Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings and compare to produced goods * Ability to analyse and interpret information * Attention to detail & accuracy of work * Minimum 2 years’ experience in quality control within a powder coating environment * Grade 12 / Matric qualification * Good Interpersonal skills & communication skills * Teamwork abilities * Ability to read and interpret engineering and technical drawings and compare to produced goods * Ability to analyse and interpret information * Attention to detail & accuracy of work
