Job Description:
Under general supervision performs more detailed designs.Calculates and checks routine types of designs using computer-aided and manual design techniques.Works with vendor data and personnel in other disciplines for the performance of designs.Responsible for squad checks of vendor data and drawings from other disciplines. Works within codes, standards and company procedures.Under supervision performs and checks calculations and designs using both computer-aided and manual design techniques.Works independently and provides guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.Organises/plans jobs, writes/reviews specifications, prepares/maintains schedules, develops/monitors estimates and manpower forecasts, assigns work, works with project/client/field, material procurement, permit and subcontract activities.Develops client relations. Utilises vendor data and works across other disciplines for the performance of designs.Performs squad checks or vendor data and drawings from other disciplines.Assists in the development of department standards and procedures. Assist in audits.Use company standards and procedures, and exhibit understanding of legislation and industry practices
Special Qualities Or Experience Required:
Degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience; andDesign software: StaadPro and/or Prokon, AutoCAD, MicroStation, MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); andPrevious experience in the Petrochemical industry is preferable but not essential.
Qualifications:
Essential: BSc in Civil Engineering degree and working towards Profession Registration.

Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant post matriculation qualification i.e. Web Programming Certificate / Web Technologies Certificate / JavaScript Certified Development Professional.Training in ISO 9001 and ISO 9001 auditing.Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a built environment consulting practice.A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.Adequate knowledge of relational database systems.Object-Oriented Programming, web application development, and Software Development coding languages (HTML, CSS and JavaScript).
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS):
Maintain responsibility for the Company’s QMS comprehensively and in line with the Principles of ISO9001/2015.Provide training to staff, to improve knowledge and understanding of quality system requirements and to keep staff updated regarding any process changes.Co-ordinate the submission of Regional audits to be conducted in accordance with the Internal Quality Audits Schedule as well as the issuing and closing out of all non-conformance reports and corrective action reports.Collate the results of all Regional audits to compile audit summary reports and analyses to be tabled at MANCO SA, EXCO and the Board on the findings, non-conformances, areas and timing of improvements.Regular liaison with Regional MRQs and provision of guidance on the delivery of their responsibilities to enhance compliance with QMS and readiness for annual QMS audits.Ensure that all client complaints are adequately dealt with and that the relevant corrective action process is followed.Manage the external audit process on behalf of the Company. Prior to the external audit, conduct audits at all Regional offices to identify and correct compliance issues and provide advice or training.Annually identify key performance indicators for MANCO in terms of quality related objectives.Closely monitor the project close-out process, ensuring that information necessary for CVs and datasheets are captured on ProMan, and that project datasheets and CSQ’s are generated.Visits / make arrangements to engage with the offices in Africa, as required, conduct audits / provide training / adapt the quality system to better suit their requirements.Assist SED companies with Quality system requirements as and when required.

This position will ensure technical support to the Sales team and the Key Account Management team. This includes the function in technical pre-sales and post-sales activities, evaluating and selecting the best technical solutions that meets customer needs, managing the whole life-cycle of the customised drive solutions, from the design to testing and provide technical oversight to the warranty process. The Key Account / External Sales Engineer will be responsible to present and sell appropriate solutions in the form of value propositions to meet or exceed all sales goals, performance quotas and process expectations in the relevant region.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:

Qualifications and Experience:
