Description
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position requires the services of an individual to ensure that Customer requirements are met with regards to geometry and quality of the product delivered.
*Minimum requirements:*
Grade 12/NQF Level 4
Tertiary qualification in TQM
Qualified Toolmaker will be an added advantage
*Practical Job-related experience requirements:*
Min. 3 years of Quality or Process Engineering experience within the automotive environment.
Min. 2 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment.
Min 2 years working experience in the use of Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control plans
*OR*
Min. 5 years tool making experience
Min. 2 years manufacturing experience within the automotive environment
Min 2 years exposure to Quality Core Tools: SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control plans
*Knowledge required:*
Quality systems and concepts
Manufacturing processes
Customer Specific Requirements
Understanding of stamping process and Measuring Report
Core Tool: FMEA, SPC, MSA & Control plans
*Skills required:*
Communication & Interpersonal skills
Planning and organising
Problem solving
Analysis and presenting of data
Decision Making
Customer relation skills
Computer skills
Market Related
