I can teach you to set up a simple spreadsheet which you can use monthly or

annually.

All your monthly income and expenses will be recorded and this ensures that you have a snapshot of your monthly finances and the deficit/surplus you will have after all expenses are paid.

This spreadsheet will also show the opening closing readings of your water and electricity meter so you can compare the readings with that on your Municipality account.
