Description

The run will vary from 3-4 km depending on the fitness

level of the group


We will discuss and apply the best stretching for runners,

for those that are interested, otherwise people can leave after run without participating

For those interested we will discuss best calisthenics for

runners

We will also discuss running technique for those that are interested, developing the most efficient technique

Other aspects of fitness will be addressed for those that

feel they want to increase their overall fitness


R350 per month upfront (we will have a special for the first 20 that join for R250 for month)
