Unit pictured is the exact one that you're getting. Nothing more, nothing less. If it's not in the pictures, it's not there.
Take your time to check through the pictures. I've tried to represent the product as honestly and completely as possible. I do my best to be your eyes when taking the pictures.
Item used and been in storage for far too long. It's got some unfortunate paint splatters on it, and lots of dust (pictures taken in very cramped quarters and poor lighting). There's also some UV damage to the material as shown (the frayed bits on the top of the cushions) that would need attention (or at least be covered by a lappie) and what appears to be a damp or water mark.
Other than that it feels alright; the cushions haven't been sat through and I don't think that it's seen a lot of usage. It'll definitely need a very good vacuuming and/or professional steam cleaning (normally not too expensive if the guys are in the area).

Don't buy if you don't know about furniture! I can't help you either; you buy as-is.
Why not make me an offer on it? You may well be better off for it?
Collection from Walkerville/Drumblade area. Couriers welcome too, but only after your funds have cleared. Bring a suitable vehicle and muscle to load up.
