Leatherette 3 seater couch with daybed (needs re-upholstering)

Really nice 3-seater couch / sofa with the third seat being an extended daybed. Dark brown leatherette material (not genuine leather). Very comfortable and good looking.

The 2-seater section can be separated from the daybed to give you more flexibility to position it within your space. This also makes transporting it easier.

The overall structure, cushioning and other elements of the sofa are in excellent condition. However, the leatherette material has been worn out by use, and requires re-upholstering. I've uploaded some close-up shots of how the leatherette has deteriorated in many areas.

With some work done by a re-upholsterer, this can be turned into a really nice piece. It is very comfortable and of good quality, but needs some TLC.

Brand new and with fabric, these cost at least R15,000. In genuine leather, they start at R20,000. I'm selling this for a very low price of just R3,500, as it will require some additional expense to turn it into a masterpiece.
