Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of electrical projects, from inception to completion.

- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure working environment for all team members.

- Continuously monitor and evaluate project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

- Provide regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and potential risks.

Requirements:

- National Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

- Proven experience in electrical project management, including successful completion of complex projects within budget and time constraints.

- Thorough understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
