Company based in Knysna, requires a professional and well presented Front Office Administrator / Receptionist.
Ideal candidate must be friendly and energetic with excellent customer service skills in order to attend to visitors and directing them to appropriate company staff.
You will also answer incoming calls and arrange appointments for clients to meet with relevant company staff.
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- At least a minimum of 2 years experience
- Computer literate (MS Office Word and Excel)
- Proficient administration skills
- Effective data capturing skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Ability to efficiently perform all filing duties
- Fluent in English
- Excellent people skills
Salary R7,500 pm.
