Subaru Forester 2007, non starter

This car is ideal for a mechanic or someone who tinkers with engines. The inside is in good condition. Aircon and digital radio work, seats are comfortabe. since February 2024, it has two bew front ryres, water pump fan belt, housing thermostat, new Head Gasket installed and a new t battery and terminals. The cost of labour and any other spares are too much for me, as I am moving overseas.
