RATES:

• From R2500 for half day (4 hours), within10km radius from Edenvale Hospital.
• R5000 for full day (8 hours), within10km radius from Edenvale Hospital.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• Rates includes driver and fuel
• Cost per additional hour once on site will be charged @ R625 p/h
• Site establishment:
o Free for areas within10km radius from Edenvale Hospital.
o R1200 once off for areas over the 10 km -20km radius and must be a full
day
o R7000 minimum for areas over 21 km radius because lowbed truck will be
needed or client to provide lowbed and must be a full day
• Discounts will only be considered for bookings over 5 days.
• All payments to be made upfron
