Description

One way of reducing your reliance on the municipal water supply is to install a rainwater harvesting system on your property. This water can then be pumped into your irrigation system or toilets. With a more sophisticated filtration system you could meet all your water needs for a significant portion of every year.

If we assume just 550 mm of rainfall per year for Cape Town then a metal roof will yield about 50 000 litres/100 sqm and a tiled roof about 35 000/100 sqm pa. Thatched roofs are not suitable for rainwater harvesting.

You can choose between underground or more cost effective above ground tanks, which come in a variety of colours and can be hidden with trellis and creepers.

We offer a wide range of water related services:

* Locating underground water sources

* Drilling well & boreholes

* Storage tanks

* Water purification and booster pump systems

* Inverter & deep cycle battery systems

* Rain water harvesting

* Water saving devices

* Grey water recovery

* Evaporative cooling & humidification systems

* Waste water treatment
