Building Plan Requirements Sign off for SANS 10400-XA; Fenestration Calculation under 20% to comply, Artifically Ventilated Buildings, Hot Water, Insulation and Certificate of completion of recognized "XA" course. FORM 4, “CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION OF THE ENERGY USAGE IN A BUILDING” to be signing off, it will be charged R950, to check on the site if everything is in good order before hand over the signed Form 4.

3) PLAN WALKER / SUBMISSION / WALKING THE PLANS SERVICE 3-1) WALKING THE PLANS SERVICE:

We will notify you immediately should there be any outstanding requirements or amendments, required by the Local Authority, thus ensuring a timeous approval. From relocating trees in urban conservation areas to the procurement of council, we will monitor the process from application to completion.

We also can collect copies of previously approved plans from any councils.
