Get your skipper license for a boat or jet ski from the safety of your home or office.

Minimum age to get the SAMSA license is 16. No minimum age to do the theory course and we recommend to boaters to get their under 16's to complete the theory. This will give them the opportunity to practice the theory and be more than ready to write the SAMSA exam when they turn 16. Warning: Kids and spouses have a tendency to turn into back seat skippers when they know the rules and procedures, which can be a pain sometimes:) !
