LKDA is looking for an experienced senior account manager to join the Client Service team on key existing and new TTL accounts.
It is expected that the candidate has sound knowledge and experience in Strategic Marketing principles to drive projects with clients and support agency teams.
Client service/account management: daily account responsibilities
Key representative and liaison between agency and new + existing clients on senior level
Meeting with clients to evaluate and identify requirements based on objectives/goals and strategy
Ability to develop and prepare accurate, in depth briefs with expected outcomes based on identified objectives
Alignment and planning with Creative director and Strategist on Account Requirements
Full ownership (Hands-on) and management of all client related projects and briefs
Clear understanding of requirements (Job to be done) to manage next steps within agency teams and expectations from client
Preparing and presenting Cost Estimates based on scope of project and deliverables (Internally and to Client)
Manage and compile accurate and detailed weekly status re
