Sales Representative

This role will be focused on servicing of existing clients with a strong focus on new business development. To be successful, you need to be target driven with a proven sales track record and strong networking and negotiation skills.  You have an outgoing nature with high energy levels, combined with your ability to provide customer service excellence. * Follow-up visits to retain relationships, attend to any queries, concerns and secure repeat business. * Prospecting for new business: * Identify & segment target markets. * Planning of weekly and monthly call routes per area. * Daily cold calls to prospective clients, setting up of appointments with new prospects. * Setting daily sales activity goals. * Research on needs of prospective clients to ensure all information for quoting is detailed and accurate. * Provide quotations for outsourced staffing solutions and proposals for prospective clients. * Persistent follow-up and closing of deals. * Networking to establish our brand and services within the marketplace. *  Minimum 3 years external sales experience *  Matric *  Valid drivers lisence *  Recruitment and outsourcing experience will be advantageous *  Diploma or Degree will be advantageous Package includes: * Monthly Salary * Company Car * Company Cellphone * Uniform * Laptop *  Minimum 3 years external sales experience *  Matric *  Valid drivers lisence *  Recruitment and outsourcing experience will be advantageous *  Diploma or Degree will be advantageous
