CA (SA): Branch Director

A vacancy exists in the East London office of a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors for an experienced Branch Director to commence duties as soon as possible. *Main Responsibilities * Candidate will have strong problem solving and analytical skills and ability to perform well in a team oriented environment. Ability to fully understand interpret and analyse numerical information. Develop and implement reporting systems and analytical methods that clearly disclose the current status of business operations. Adopt a risk-based audit approach while conducting internal audits from inception to completion. Ensuring audit plan is congruent with risk assessment audit experience. * Be able network and sell the company's brand and its service offerings * Prepare reports * Oversees the training, development and supervision of staff. * Develops, manages, and monitors the branch revenue target  * Ensures the safety and maintenance of the branch office. * Directs branch marketing and communication efforts. * To be able to implement and manage projects. *Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience * * Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant through the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants * 5 to 10 Years’ post articles working experience  as a Chartered Accountant including public sector  * Has to be proficient in all functions related to administration    * *Behavioural Competencies * * Good communication skills in both written and verbal * Must be well organized * Strong numerical ability * Must be able to communicate relevant information * Planning and organizing skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Analytical thought process * Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport  This position reports to: Regional Director/ Managing Director Market related depending on skills and experience *Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience * * Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant through the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants * 5 to 10 Years’ post articles working experience  as a Chartered Accountant including public sector  * Has to be proficient in all functions related to administration    * *Behavioural Competencies * * Good communication skills in both written and verbal * Must be well organized * Strong numerical ability * Must be able to communicate relevant information * Planning and organizing skills * Accuracy and attention to detail * Analytical thought process * Valid code 8 driver’s license and own transport  This position reports to: Regional Director/ Managing Director
