and financial services firm in Durban North.
Candidate must have experience/knowledge of
the following:-
1) SAGE Pastel Accounting - processing rental and recovery invoices,
journals, capturing cash books, preparing management accounts
2) Checking leases for increase/expiry dates and keeping all schedules
updated
3) WeConnectU – capturing cash books, sending levy statement, preparing
management accounts
4) Debt Collection (rental and levies) & dealing with attorneys once
handed over
5) Salaries and wages, UIF, Workmens Compensation
6) Processing EMP201s on e-Filing and submit UIF returns on u-Filing for all
schemes.
7) Attending to email queries promptly and professionally
8) Computer literate & excellent letter writing skills & command of
the English language
9) Multi-task, work under pressure, work to deadline, be highly organised, use
their initiative, possess good time-management skills, pay attention to detail,
be self-managed and a quick learner
10) Have effective follow-up procedures in place to be able to offer the
high-level and pro-active property management service we expect.
11) Dealing with daily queries in a friendly, polite, efficient manner,
providing excellent client service
