Responsibility:
You will be responsible for the following: Assist with Drafting Financial Documents: Work closely with senior accountants and managers to draft financial statements, reports, and other relevant documents Learn the intricacies of financial reporting and compliance Data Entry and Analysis: Participate in data entry tasks related to financial transactions, invoices, and expenses Analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns Support Administrative Functions: Provide administrative support to various departments (e.g., finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable) Assist with filing, organizing records, and maintaining documentation Learn Industry-Specific Software: Familiarize yourself with accounting software and tools commonly used in the industry Gain hands-on experience with bookkeeping and financial management systems Collaborate with Team Members: Work as part of a team to achieve departmental goals Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors Qualifications: Matric B. Accounting / B.Compt / B.
